Business Development
Sara significantly increased her employer’s business, bringing on 13 new clients in just over a year.
She built strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a willingness to dive in and an ability to successfully anticipate needs and balance competing priorities, resulting in contract extensions with 85% of her clients.

Portfolio Management
Sara provided portfolio and project management for a high-visibility portfolio at a large global health non-profit.
Her focus was on the logistics, manufacturing, and clinical activities necessary to gain an Emergency Use Listing for a new vaccine successfully. The vaccine has since been administered to over 300M children, achieving a key goal for the organization’s Co-chairs.

Launch Team Management
At three of Sara’s clients and in one of her full-time roles, she provided project management for the launch teams for the companies’ lead molecules (Three US and one EU).
She modeled scenarios and provided qualitative and quantitative analysis to the C-suite to inform risk mitigation and strategy. She quickly established processes to optimize performance with a lean team while scaling quickly during product launch. Sara has also supported due diligence activities by having at the ready detailed launch plans, timelines, budgets, and other key planning documents.

Launch Strategy and Plan Development
Sara worked with client leadership to create the Commercial launch plan for a new oncology drug and a related device.
She developed and implemented a launch strategy that would address resource gaps and allow the client to scale up rapidly to meet aggressive timelines for launch. She also helped manage the execution of the Commercial launch plan deliverables.

Market Landscape and Opportunity Overview
In just one month, Sara spearheaded an exhaustive market landscape analysis and opportunity overview for the primary asset (pre-clinical) at a gene therapy start-up. Furthermore, she expanded their high-level Target Product Profile (TPP), infusing it with critical details to effectively target market gaps.

Strategy and Budget Processes
Led strategic roadmap development, tactical planning, and execution of Global Medical Affairs Operations in a company spunoff from a multinational medical technology company, including cross-functional work with Marketing and Compliance; this work also included setting up departmental metrics and reporting. Sara also led the annual planning workshops with the team and helped build processes to support global Medical Affairs activities compliantly.
